Rafting and Fun Kayaking Tour

Rafting is a thrilling outdoor activity done normally on white water.
1 boat is up to 8 people including a guide. Each customer and guide have a paddle and stroke together.
Fun Kayaking is a double sculls touring kayak, a kind of canoe. Kayak is very stable and easy to control. Even women and children who have never boarded a boat can enjoy.

| Requirements |
Ages 7 and older (120cm or taller)
Minimum 2 participants (Those under 15 years old must be accompanied by adults.)
You cannot join if you are drunk or pregnant

| Things to bring & Required items |
-Hand towel to wipe your face for afterwards when we’ve gone back the the club house.
-For those who would like to go to the onsen (hot spring) afterwards, please bring toiletries such as soap, shampoo and a change of clothes.
【With Dry Suits (we mostly use them up here)】
-Comfortable, easy to move in long sleeved sweatshirt (for cool Spring and Autumn days we recommend you to layer 1-2 more clothes)
At the beginning of Spring and Autumn we recommend you to wear a layer of clothes, such as fleece and tracksuit
In summer, long-sleeved t-shirt and light trousers will do.
【With Wet Suits (late July to late August)】
-Swimsuit or underwear that can get wet, and towel.
**The choice of suits depends on the temperature of the day. We often choose Dry Suits, so please make sure you have proper clothing to be worn under dry suits.

| Important Notices |
-The tour is usually held in the case of rain.
-The ending time may differ depending on the number of customers, the weather and the water level.
-You cannot join if you are pregnant or drunk.
-No handheld items or baggage can be considered to be safe in the boats, so please leave cameras, towels, cigarettes, etc. in the front desk lockers.

| Prohibited Matter |
-This is a non-smoking tour. Please consider the health of non-smokers and especially children who may be present on the tour. If you do smoke during the tour, you will be charged for any damage to dry suits or other equipment that may occur. |
| Cancellation and Tardiness Policy |
If you realize you may be late for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As there will be other customers waiting, there is a possibility that we will leave without you. If you are late or cancel on the day of the tour, 50% of program fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

According to the following regulations of our company, the tour may be canceled. If there is a cancellation, we will contact you immediately.
-If there is a weather forecast for rainfall of 50mm/h or more
-If the water flow is forecast to be 15t/s or more |
